• You will lead and develop a dedicated sales team of four employees and have overall responsibility for achieving the annual order intake.
• As a member of the management team, you will define the sales strategy, implement it with your team and ensure that targets are consistently pursued and achieved.
• Together with the technical department, you will develop well-founded business case analyses and prepare strategic decision papers for the management.
• In cooperation with Product Management, you will analyze market potential, optimize sales channels and play an active role in the further development of the product roadmap.
• With your strong network and understanding of the market in the security and defense industry, as well as BAAINBw, you will strategically position the company with relevant partners and customers and thereby drive sustainable growth.
You have extensive professional experience and a personal network in the defense environment. You also have a technical understanding of electronic warfare.
