Industrial Engineer - Manufacturing (gn)

Your Future Responsibilities:

• Analysis, design, and optimization of production and assembly processes in mechatronics manufacturing
• Planning and implementation of production lines, workstations, and layouts, taking into account ergonomics, material flow, and efficiency
• Definition of manufacturing, assembly, and testing processes
• Introduction of new products and processes (NPI) in close collaboration with R&D and production
• Selection and procurement of production equipment, fixtures, and automation solutions
• Conducting time studies as well as capacity and cost analyses
• Application of Lean methods (e.g. 5S, SMED, CIP, Kaizen) and support in root cause analyses
• Participation in digitalization, automation, and analysis of production key performance indicators (manufacturing data points – MDPs)
• Close collaboration with R&D, quality, logistics, manufacturing, and maintenance

You are a good fit if you have:

• Completed technical degree (e.g. Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering) or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in an industrial production environment, ideally in mechatronics
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing and assembly technologies, process optimization, and Lean Manufacturing
• Confident use of ERP/MES systems (e.g. SAP) and CAD tools
• Analytical and structured working style with strong problem-solving and implementation skills
• Hands-on mentality, strong teamwork skills, and excellent communication abilities
