• Business development in the company portfolio for electromechanical production of components/subsystems for electronic warfare (EloKa) as well as test, training, and evaluation systems
• Identifying and ensuring participation in research programs (Germany, European Union, NATO)
• Building, maintaining, and strengthening an R&D network with universities, research institutes and companies
• Analyzing business trends, customer needs, and competition, and influencing market requirements
• Evaluating the latest trends and new technologies to ensure the company’s competitiveness
• Supporting business development/sales activities in close collaboration with the ELT team
• Influencing marketing and product development
• Promoting collaboration within the ELT Group regarding R&D (e.g., joint initiatives/projects)
• Providing technical advice to customers and sales team
• A degree in telecommunications engineering, computer science or a similar field
• Experience in engineering or technical sales of military (sub)systems; knowledge of radar/RF/EW technologies is desirable
• Operational military experience, preferably in an EW role within the army, navy, or air force
• Enjoy networking with customers and partners, collaborating within the ELT Group, and with governmental institutions and industrial partners
• Experience in preparing and delivering presentations to customers, partners, and senior management
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages welcome
