• Central point of contact for IT inquiries and ensuring quick problem resolution
• Analysis and resolution of hardware and software issues (Windows, macOS, peripherals)
• Conducting onboarding and offboarding (hardware, accounts, permissions)
• Administration of IT systems such as Microsoft 365 and Active Directory / Entra ID
• Support for network and connection issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN)
• Collaboration on IT projects and continuous optimization of processes
• Maintenance of documentation and IT inventory
• A completed vocational training program or degree in the IT field, e.g., as an IT specialist for system integration
• Several years of practical experience in on-site support
• Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365
• Basic understanding of networks (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
• Experience with ticketing systems is a plus
• Strong service orientation, excellent communication skills, and a structured approach to work
• Very good German skills and good written and spoken English
