Production Supervisor - Manufacturing (gn)

Your Future Responsibilities:

• Technical leadership of a manufacturing team in mechatronics production
• Planning, controlling, and monitoring production processes, taking into account production schedules and material availability
• Ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality standards, cost targets, and occupational safety requirements
• Supporting the introduction of new products and processes in collaboration with relevant interfaces and departments
• Training, motivating, and developing employees
• Monitoring compliance with work, quality, and safety regulations
• Participation in continuous improvement initiatives (CIP, Lean, 5S) as well as analysis and resolution of process disruptions
• Supporting capacity and resource planning and reporting of relevant key performance indicators (e.g. scrap rate, productivity, OEE)

You are a good fit if you have:

• Completed technical vocational training (e.g. mechatronics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering) with further qualification as an Industrial Foreman (Meister) or Technician
• Several years of professional experience in the manufacturing or assembly of mechatronic systems
• Sound knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality assurance, and occupational safety
• Confident user of ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and MS Office
• Strong organizational skills and assertiveness, combined with excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Structured, solution-oriented, and hands-on working style
