• Technical management and coordination of the design engineers, both electrical and mechanical
• Ensuring and adhering to quality standards, standard requirements and deadlines
• Provide technical leadership for interdisciplinary projects – from concept to delivery
• Collaboration with other departments to optimize processes and ensure a smooth project flow
• Resource planning, capacity management and budget responsibility for your department
• A degree or training as a technician in electrical engineering, telecommunications engineering, information technology or a comparable technical field
• Several years of experience in electrical design
• Experience in the technical management of small teams (up to 10 people) – internally and externally
• Experience in guiding small teams (up to 10 people) – internally and externally
• Basic knowledge of mechanical design rounds off your profile
