Operational Excellence & Process Improvement 

Maria Giovanna Addario Chieco leads the Operational Excellence & Process Improvement division, which has the purpose to represent and protect the Customer’s requirement in the performance of all contractual activities, supply of Products and Services and related internal processes.

Engineering & Operations 

Simone Astiaso is responsible for the Engineering & Operations area which, thanks to an integrated vision and systems of all operational areas, ensures the development of a more incisive capacity for efficiency main business operating flows.

Administration & Control 

Amaury Choppin leads the Administration & Control function, which supports the General Management in the choice of strategic and management strategies related to economic, financial and budgetary policies, ensuring the short, medium and long term planning.

Future Businesses & Public Financing 

Alberto De Arcangelis leads the Future Business & Public Financing division, which coordinates the functional actions to achieve the objectives on the main consortia programs and on Italian and International Funds.

People, Communication & Asset Management 

Massimo de Bari is responsible for People, Communication & Asset Management, which Personnel administration, management and development, health and safety at work, communication external and internal, supporting it in spreading the culture of Social Responsibility and Sustainability.

Corporate Security

Salvatore Distefano is the Chief Security Officer, heading a variety of security domains, including cyber, physical, governmental, privacy and trade compliance. Responsible to implement a corporate security strategy to maximize business efficacy and safeguard all the organization’s asset, while preserving the confidentiality and integrity of business data.

Global Sales & Business Development

Paolo Izzo directs the Global Sales & Business Development area, which proposes and implements inclusion in new markets and consolidation in those already active, promoting agreements and collaborations and enhancing activities in foreign representative offices.

Strategy, Innovation & Trasformation

Gianni Maratta leads the Strategy, Innovation & Transformation department, which aims to build the Corporate Strategic Plan, integrating it with the medium-long-term technological one, aiming at the development of disruptive innovation.

Programs

Luciano Notarantonio directs the Programs area, which ensures compliance with contractual commitments with effective end-to-end management of the programs, ensuring results and profitability in line with business objectives and full customer satisfaction.

Legal, Corporate Affairs

Lavinio Perotti heads the Legal, Corporate Affairs area, which oversees and protects corporate interests through the analysis of agreements and contracts and compliance with current legislation on national security and trade compliance.

Planning & Risk Management 

Ermanno Petricca is at the head of the Planning & Risk Management function, which takes care of the business planning process by leveraging innovative working methods, thanks to the digital transformation in place and oversees the process of analysis and management of business risks according to methodological best practices.

Corporate Chief Scientist

Daniela Pistoia is the Corporate Chief Scientist, in charge of the Chief Scientist Office, visionary defining, functionally leading and effectively promoting, in touch with the end-user, the capability portfolio and technology roadmaps of ELTGroup, in accordance with present and future operational scenarios, user needs and requirements and worldwide technology trends.
