In 1951 Eng. Filippo Fratalocchi understands the potential of the electronic sector. The company acquires relevant orders and initiates studies and experiments to always be at the forefront. In 1955 facilities are moved to Via Tiburtina 650 in Rome, not far from the present location. In these years, Elettronica heavily focused on R&D in precision engineering and metal structure-work applications.

By the end of the decade, Elettronica had already established itself as a leading industry in the European defense market.

In 1972, there was the inauguration of the new – and current – headquarters in Via Tiburtina Valeria in Rome. In 1978 Elettronica GmbH was born, active in electronic warfare (EloKa) as a company in the German security and defense industry for over 40 years.

In 2014 Elettronica and Expert System created Cy4gate to operate in the Cyber domain. In 2021 it occurred our 70° anniversary. ELT Group designs its new corporate plan, with the objective of defining where the group will be in the next 10 years.
