Your Future Responsibilities:

• Independently prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)
• Prepare the advance sales tax return, as well as other statistical reports and various analyses
• Assist with the preparation of forecasts, liquidity planning, and cash flow reporting
• Serve as the technical point of contact for auditors, tax advisors, banks, and the Italian parent company
• Ensuring accurate bookkeeping, reconciling general ledger accounts, and monitoring and determining provisions
• Monitoring the budget, maintenance, and capital expenditure costs, as well as initiating appropriate measures
• Managing payment transactions and providing support in day-to-day operations
• Participating in special projects such as digitization or an ERP implementation

You are a good fit if you have:

• Completed business training and further education leading to certification as a Certified Accountant (IHK) or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in financial and general accounting, ideally in medium-sized companies and in the project business or manufacturing sector
• In-depth knowledge of accounting regulations and the preparation of annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)
