Your Future Responsibilities:

• Development and optimization of technical training programs, as well as the creation of training materials and the definition of learning objectives
• Planning and conducting theoretical and practical training sessions for operating and maintenance personnel
• Teaching knowledge related to system operation, maintenance, fault analysis, and repair of complex technical systems
• Close collaboration with Engineering, Service, Project Management, and Sales, as well as support with proposals and presentations

You are a good fit if you have:

• Completed technical training and an additional qualification in training, adult education, or technical documentation
• Several years of professional experience in conducting technical training and instructing operating personnel
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
• A military background and associated knowledge of military standards and regulations are desirable
