Massimo de Bari leads the “People, Communication, Sustainability & Asset Management” area of responsibility which encompasses the accountability over the HR, HSE, Int & Ext. Communication, Sustainability and Asset Management Departments. He is leading a broad evolution and innovation project that is driving the Company to focus its decision-making processes on people development, work-life balance, welfare/wellbeing, and sustainability.
