Your future area of responsibility:

• You are responsible for the entire process of incoming and outgoing inspection of goods
• You monitor conformity with the processes during the delivery of services
• You are responsible for processing and following up on non-conformities that occur during the delivery of services
• You process customer complaints and initiate appropriate measures
• You create quality-relevant documentation and reports
• You support colleagues with quality-related issues and carry out spot checks
• You analyze quality problems and actively participate in the continuous improvement of processes

You are a good fit if you have:

• Several years of professional experience in operational quality assurance, ideally related to the aviation industry
• The ability to communicate quality assurance topics to colleagues in a practical, understandable and motivating manner
• Confident use of written and spoken German and English
