Head of Quality (gn)

Your Future Responsibilities:

• Management of the Quality department
• Control and continuous development of quality management in accordance with ISO 9100 and industry-specific requirements
• Organization and implementation of all quality assurance aspects both in the built-to-print area (e.g., production-attendant QA, equipment monitoring, qualification of operating resources and measuring equipment) and in customer projects (e.g., quality management plan, implementation of quality gates, e.g., PDR, CDR, SOP)
• Design, organization, and implementation of claim management – especially in the built-to-print area
• Design, organization, and implementation of internal/external audits with focus on ISO 9100, including audits of external suppliers and contractors in cooperation with Purchasing
• Creation of key performance indicators and reports for monitoring product and process quality
• Management of quality projects for continuous improvement of process quality and customer satisfaction

You are a good fit if you have:

• Several years of experience managing project teams in the field of quality
• Experience in quality management in projects and in built-to-print production environments
• Practical experience in audit processes, ideally in the aviation sector
• A structured, analytical, and practical understanding of quality
• Very good German and English language skills
