• Secure and develop business in the designated perimeter of Electronic Warfare components/subsystems and Electronic Warfare Test, Training and Evaluation Systems
• Manage the mix of Business Development and Sales activities with an active stakeholder management
• Value proposition for Business Development activities/proposal management in close collaboration with Team ELT – and influence market requirements
• Understand the industrial landscape as input for potential partnering and cooperations
• Technical advice towards customers and sales partners
• Studies of Communications Engineering, Computer Science or similar studies/background
• Experience in Sales, Project Management, Engineering or as Technical Sales Manager of military (sub-)systems, Radar / RF/ EW technology knowledge preferred skill
• Military (operational) expertise, preferably in an EW-branch of arms within Army, Navy, Airforce (+)
• Enjoying to build a fruitful network and strong relationships
• Team-working within the ELT Group overall as well as with governmental institutions and industrial partners
• Creation and conducting presentations in front of customers, industrial partners and Board Members
• Fluent in German and English, other languages welcome
