• Supporting the entire recruiting process: from job postings and candidate communication to organizing interviews
• Maintenance and administration of our talent management system
• Assisting with the creation of work contracts, certificates and other HR-related documents
• Supporting onboarding processes for new employees
• General administrative activities in the HR department
• Research and support with current HR projects
• Completed commercial training or recently completed business studies
• Interest in HR topics, ideally initial practical experience in HR
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
• Strong communication skills and a friendly approach
• Confident handling of MS Office (in particular Outlook, Excel, Word
